On 3 8 2013 while having dinner, we heard a loud muffled bang.
Just down the street from our restaurant, we saw this funny sight. The passing Kancil simply clipped the rear of the parked black car. The driver of the Kancil is that lean man with a limp.
The worst part is Malaysia is getting the problem settled. The two owners of the cars probably were standing there on the street for at least two hours while they wait for the traffic cops to take the report so that they can use their insurance to get the cars fixed which would take up to a MONTH or so.
So much for efficiency of the system, big hassle for a small accident.
